Day #193

Tried to answer "short" messages this morning and got several written. All were to letters or notes received

Then the mail came this afternoon with lots of fun things.

There were a couple of notes from people who have been following this blog (you know how I love that!), a swap-bot card and 2 letters from penpals.

This will be the last "incoming mail" photo for a week, since we are going to be away until Sunday. Our friend is moving in to take care of the three dogs, but we have stopped mail delivery so I expect to have a big bunch when we pick up mail next Monday!

We had guests this morning, so I only had time to get one letter written.


Two incoming letters, but who could resist the chance to post the birth announcement of our new granddaughter, which we also received today!

It was another day of no incoming mail. But I had 3 Postcrossing postcards and two penpal letters to go out. I couldn't sleep last night and I think I wrote all of these before 3 a.m.1
