I sent out one response to a Swap-Bot penpal and two postcards this morning and then went off to Sacramento to visit my cousin. There are so many penpals who haven't written in such a long time that I thought surely I would have mail when I returned home, but no. No mail.I'm also waiting for news from the hospital in Santa Barbara, where, last I heard, my daughter-in-law's contractions were 5 minutes apart.
